Orders
Ideally orders should be placed a week before the collection/delivery date, however if needed sooner please give us a call as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
Show Loves Cakes reserves the right to cancel any orders as a result of situations out of our control i.e. natural disasters or pandemics. A full refund will be made in any of these cases. If customers choose to cancel their order, they are advised to cancel at least 72 hours before the collection/delivery date, any cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded.
Delivery and Collection
Collection is available for all orders but delivery is subject to availability and distance. Delivery is available for BS16 postcodes and any place within a 10 mile radius from BS15 4AF. An extra charge will be applied for all deliveries.
