Everything in life, whether good or bad can serve a good purpose (if you let it). There is so much power in the things you are passionate about, the thing you could wake up at 3am from a deep deep sleep and happily do, the only thing you can find yourself doing over and over again after a long day and find absolute pleasure and satisfaction.

This is how our story began, from a place of passion and not giving up. Before launching our business, we had countless successes that came from even more countless failures but it's through these failures we grew and understood.

My name is Faith and growing up I always enjoyed baking, I baked for my family, my friends and myself. However, all those years I never (in a million years) would have imagined myself starting a business doing something I genuinely love. I didn't realize something I only took as a mere hobby would be something I'd invest a lot of my time, effort and creativity into.
As the years went by, I brought to perfection each cake recipe, imagining the tastes and sensations I wanted and also embracing the struggle that comes with pulling ideas from the imagination and bringing them to life.

We also believe in helping and serving others in life, in order to do this, we support a charity that supports orphaned children in Africa through a charity called Hope Fountain International (www.hopefountain.org). We do this by giving 5% of our yearly proceeds to support these children to get an education as we believe they all have great things to contribute in life.
We also donate cakes for Hope Fountain during fundraising activities which brings a sense of humility as we know we are contributing to someone else other than ourselves.
